The Heaton Moor Project transformed a distinguished Victorian building—once home to a local medical practice for more than 50 years—into four luxurious two-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment was crafted to the highest specification. Contemporary kitchens feature sleek quartz worktops and integrated NEFF appliances, while bathrooms combine traditional tiling with premium showers and baths. Every space was designed for modern living yet carefully preserves the character and period charm expected from a Victorian property.
To enhance that heritage, the development incorporates reclaimed Victorian pitch-pine floorboards, beautifully reproduced cast-iron radiators, and paintwork finished in classic Farrow & Ball shades—adding a modern twist without compromising authenticity.
The original sash windows were recreated in hardwood and upgraded with triple-glazed acoustic glass, offering the look of true Victorian craftsmanship with 21st-century comfort: quieter rooms, superior warmth, and timeless style.
