Apartment Four is The Surgery’s penthouse apartment, taking over the entire top floor of the building.  A kitchen / diner furnished with our usual built-in NEFF appliances and slimline quartz work surfaces has been designed to really maximise the space and to make a feature of the lines of the roof above.

The generously proportioned living area benefits from exposed brickwork, industrial style conduit light fittings and the reclaimed solid wooden flooring we’ve fitted throughout the development. Light floods in from the faithfully reproduced hardwood sash windows and the skylights we installed in the kitchen / diner to give an airy feel in the whole apartment. A separate bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms, one with fully fitted en-suite, complete the picture and make this apartment the crowning glory of The Surgery.
